About

Copper Mountain's authorized SALTO integrator

A specialist access-control company based on the mountain, working with the lodges, HOAs, and resort properties around it.

Who we are

One specialty, done completely

Alpine Access Management brings SALTO access control systems to Copper Mountain — full-service installation, system design, and ongoing support — for properties going smart for the first time, and for the many that already have SALTO hardware nobody is actively managing.

Most companies that will sell you a lock do it alongside cameras, cabling, and alarms. Access control is the only thing we do. That focus is the reason we can talk about your ski-locker gate and your boiler room door as different problems, because they are.

Our team understands the specific needs of mountain properties — from seasonal staff housing to owner-managed units — and designs smart access systems that perform reliably year-round in high-altitude conditions.

Leadership

Who runs the company

Lynn B. Salvacion

Chief Executive Officer

Lynn brings over a decade of experience in architecture, interior design, and project management, developing and managing residential and commercial projects in the Philippines before turning that background toward smart, secure, and sustainable property and security solutions.

That grounding in how buildings are actually put together is why our work starts with the openings and the way people move through a property, rather than with a hardware catalog.

How we work

Four things we do not compromise on

Design before hardware

We will not quote a box of locks off a door count. The walkthrough and the door schedule come first, because that is what determines whether the system works in year three.

Specified for the conditions

Copper sits above 9,700 feet. Cold, condensation, and heavy seasonal traffic all shorten hardware life, so exterior and high-traffic openings get devices rated for what they actually face.

We support what we install

The same company that designs and installs the system handles the service calls. No handoff to a subcontractor, no ticket queue in another time zone.

Trained until it is yours

A system nobody on staff can operate is a liability. We train your team on the dashboard until they can run the property without calling us.

Where we work

Copper Mountain, and close to it

We are deliberately a Copper Mountain company. Being twenty minutes from your building rather than ninety is the difference between a service call this afternoon and one next week — and on a property where a failed lock means an occupied unit, that matters.

Working outside Copper but on a comparable mountain property? Call and ask. If it is a fit we will tell you, and if it is not we will say so.
